Connected Hubs

Connected Hubs

Even more relevant communication for different audiences your end-users belong to.

Operate multiple status pages in a way to achieve more relevant communication with your team and customers. This can make your incident management process timely, transparent, and accurate.

  • Communicate to each relevant audience

StatusHub gives you the ability to create different status pages for each customer segment. You can organize each page based on country, product or data centres for example.

Connected hubs enable your business to streamline communication. When you create each incident all relevant hubs will automatically update

  • Customize and process complex configurations

Connected hubs can be configured in a variety of ways to meet your needs. For example, we are showing Software Corp which has customers #1,#2-#n. In the first graphic they have one public status page and individual private pages for each of the customers. On the second graphic the public page is the same, but there is just one private page for all of the clients. That is one possible configuration and there is scope for others depending on your needs.

Connected Hubs Example: Incident on an Individual Service

  • Step 1

Software Corp operates 3 data centres for their online software. In Europe, the US and Japan.

  • Step 2

In Europe there is a local database crash but only one service is affected. Therefore only the Europe hub will be affected. The Hubs for the US and Japan will not change.

  • Step 3

The database Incident is resolved and updated in the StatusHub control panel - now, all hubs are green again.
