StatusHub Q3 2025: Full API v3 Release, Event View, and New Language Support.

We closed Q3 2025 with several important updates designed to make StatusHub even more reliable, flexible, and transparent for teams managing IT outage communication.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new

1. API v3: Now Fully Released

In our Q2 2025 product update, we mentioned that certain parts of API v3 were still in progress.
We’re happy to announce that all remaining sections are now live and documented.

Newly completed sections include:

  • Hubs API

  • Hub Protection API

  • External Apps API

  • Service Integrations API

  • Status API

  • Hub Status API

  • Service Status API

  • Update API

Complete documentation for API v3 is available here:  StatusHub API v3 Documentation (Redocly)

2. Event View: A New Way to Explore Service History

We’ve added a new Event View section to your service status page, giving your team and audience another way to explore your incident and maintenance history.

In addition to the existing List and Calendar views, the new Event View allows you to:

  • See only incidents, only maintenance events, or all events in one timeline.

  • Browse by year, month, or day, and quickly view the total number of events in each period.

  • Drill into a specific period of time to see detailed event data.

It’s a simple way to visualize historical performance at a glance — beneficial for compliance reporting or internal reviews.

3. Added Support for the German Language

StatusHub now supports German (DE), expanding our multilingual capabilities to seven languages: Danish (DK), Spanish (ES), French (FR), Norwegian (NO), Polish (PL), Swedish (SE), and German (DE).

Your audience can now view your status pages in their preferred language, improving clarity and user trust for globally distributed teams.

Multilingual support is available on all plans.

4. Improved Uptime Visualization

We’ve updated the Uptime reporting in the control panel.
You can now zoom in on the uptime chart to better analyze performance during incidents.

This improvement makes it easier to see differences in uptime over time. Short incidents that previously appeared almost identical on the chart are now distinguishable.

Below, you can see an example of the Uptime reporting, both zoomed out and zoomed in, for the same period of time.
